Referendum, organised and paid for by local planning authority. A simple majority of votes (over 50% of those voting) in favour of the NP is sufficient for it to succeed. In this scenario:
Adoption of MNP as part of Cornwall Council’s Development Plan
Implementation And Monitoring. Once MNP is adopted, planning applications will still be determined by the local planning authority in the normal way, but taking into account policies in MNP as well as the Local Plan
